Is my credit card charged right after I place an order?

Yes, your charge is processed instantly. It may first appear as an authorization on your account, then as a confirmed charge on your statement once accepted.

Do Kellie K Apparel designers design shirts?

Yes, we do! Request a custom design or tweak any shop design—adjust fonts, quotes, images, or anything you like. You can also send us your own design, and we’ll print and ship it to your specifications.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment hasn’t been sent, email us to update it. If it’s already shipped, we’re not responsible for resending to a new address—please verify your address before ordering!

Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item or it wears off after the first wash, send us a photo with your order number. We’ll provide a free replacement—no need to return the original—just a clear picture is all we need!
